About Me and My Journey
I am fully qualified (British School of Yoga), insured and REPs registered Hatha Yoga teacher.
I started my Yoga journey back in 2006, I was curious about all the different postures and enjoyed the way Yoga made me feel. I haven’t stopped since, exploring various styles of Yoga, taking regular classes and workshops and establishing my own practice. As a natural progression of my practice, I felt I wanted to share what I have learnt and enrolled on Yoga teacher training course.
What is Anastasia Yoga?
I firmly believe that Yoga is for everyone and love sharing all the benefits that come from Yoga.
I offer creatively sequenced classes with focus on alignment.
My main styles are Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga and Restorative.
My classes are suitable for all levels as I give options throughout the classes making them accessible to all.
One-to-One classes and Yoga Therapy
Book in for a bespoke private class to “check in” with yourself and use it as an opportunity to:
- Specific class plans tailored to relieve back, shoulder and neck pain (Yoga Therapy)
- Work towards specific postures learning where you perhaps need to strengthen or open an area of your body
- Check in with your alignment to boost your confidence for when you attend public classes
- Help to recover from an injury, stress, anxiety during a restorative Yoga session
